End of Life Doula

An End of Life Doula provides non-medical support before, during and after death. We are a companion, educator, and advocate for an individual and their loved ones, supporting them through the process of their end of life journey. We spend time with you and your loved ones helping navigate feelings and emotions, and identifying hopes, fears, wishes and preferences.

My professional foundation began in the early childhood community as an educator and community Consultant/Coordinator.  In my later career I moved into the field of senior care as the Community Coordinator for the Better at home program.  However, it was my personal journey as a caregiver and companion that truly defined my calling. After supporting my mom with Alzheimer’s and walking alongside my late husband during his battle with cancer, I experienced firsthand the profound need for compassionate, informed end-of-life supports and services. This  led me to certify as an End-of-Life Doula. With a diverse background in education, community service and as a hospice volunteer, I aim to offer a compassionate steady presence to individuals and their loved ones, supporting them through the process of their end of life journey.
